I have been miserable and depressed much like I was when I had to fight my way to the top as a new seller, because my items were rarely seen because eBay didn't make them visible enough for "browsing" buyers. Yet, those other sellers items are showing up and their sales are great. Whereas, if you look at several other sheet music dealers listings, some of them don't even bother to give anything of the sort to their buyers let alone detailed condition information or pictures. I'm editing like crazy everything from condition information to titles a batch at a time, redoing pictures, and the information to my buyers is beyond what most sellers even consider in their descriptions and item specifics. I've got 251 followers right now and am a Top Rated Seller (bowing out of Top Rated Plus) with awesome feedback. I sell vintage and antique sheet music along with songbooks and spread my listings out over various genres and eras and have over 700 pieces listed. I've been selling on eBay for approximately 10 years. Nonetheless, I constantly list "new" items throughout the week and end and relist (sell similar) items after tweaking them just about every day along with getting my auction-style posts finished for Sunday nights. Well, I didn't see a change all week, so I called again and was told that my store and listings would be refreshed? So really not much of a change, but I've got a few things that start to appear in the category on the second page. I had called Customer Support on Monday, May 9th, and was told by the gal that she would send a report to technical service because eBay no longer refreshes your store or listings. I expect my sales to plummet even further than last Sunday by the end of tomorrow night because I've not even had a fixed-price sale in the last few days as I normally would.

I've got a few views, but for the most part, they have been sitting at 0 views for the whole week including my fixed price items - all of which are promoted at a higher rate than most sellers would ever consider. My sales up to that point were over 100% on a regular basis and everyone and their brother were viewing my items, now nobody is viewing my items and I've got auction sales once again ending tomorrow (Sunday) night. Fortunately I had a few, very few sales from the previous Thurs-Sat from fixed priced items, but my ego plummeted after Sunday night when I did the final tally. I expected some problems with Mother's Day, but I had over 20 "new" auction style listings that were ending that night and I had 3 sales out of the 20+. I've had the same problem, but I noticed it last Sunday, May 8th of 2022.
